The first thing my husband asked him was, why is my wife crying? My wife never cries. He then proceeded to walk over to our husbands, and had the audacity, to ask my husband to pay the check. He held his arms up, acting as if I was attacking him. When I tried to touch his arm, to get him to calm down. I have never been treated so horribly in my adult life. The way in which he chose to speak to me, as I tried to defend my friend, was just as unsettling, I began to cry. Had this been one of my employees, he would’ve been fired. As a person who runs her own business and does practice management as a living, his behavior was sub par and deplorable.
The manner in which he spoke to her in my opinion was degrading, abrasive, cowardly, and disrespectful to women, for someone who is in a managerial position. I got up and went over to join her as our husband’s were eating and drinking, and did not notice Rudy, speaking to my friend. I noticed my friend’s face, as she was visibly upset. Why would he chose to speak to the woman at the end of the table, who had nothing to do, with paying the bill? I find it cowardly, why would he choose to only approach her instead of allowing the whole table to know, that we needed to exit as the table, as it was was reserved. However, the manner in which he was speaking to her was disrespectful and quite frankly, Rude. The 10 of us received our meals, maybe 10 to 15 minutes after getting our food, I had noticed your manager approach one of our friends at the end of the table, pulling her aside to let her know that we needed to hurry, as the table is reserved at 9 o’clock for bottle service. Would you not make your patrons aware of this at time of reservations, or not allow reservations after a certain hour?) We placed our orders and waited for our food. (Why would a restaurant take dinner reservations at 7:30, if the kitchen closes at 8:00. Soon after we received our drinks we were told, by our waitress, that we had to order, our food quickly because the kitchen closes at 8 o’clock. Shortly after that, our waitress came to the table and took our drink orders. We were sat about 12 to 15 minutes later than our reservation.
However, we let the front know that we had reservations and we’re not quite sure why we were not being sat at the time that we had reserved. we arrived on time, we were asked to go step in a line and wait for our table. I am writing this review in regards to an event that happened Saturday evening, February 2, 2019, at Whiskey Row, Scottsdale, Arizona.Ī group of 10 of us had made reservations months in advance for dinner in your restaurant at 7:30 that evening.
